I was about to tell him off when we started heading through the house.

The party was in full swing. Everyone had a drink in their hand, a swing to their hips. Humans chatting to their acquaintances.

Waitresses walked around in tight black clothing, cleavage spilling out. Men leered at them while women ignored them. The women did their own leering at the males I walked beside. I rolled my eyes at the humans.

The house looked like it came from Donald Trump's bathroom. Gold plaited everything. Not really my style, but if that's what Emilia and Eduardo liked.

Emelia guided us through the giant house, explaining to me what rooms were what, and who was who out of the guest list.

Unlike the Viribus Pack members I smiled at the humans who were mulling about. All of them hesitant at the creatures who walked among them.

Finally we reached a back room that could have been an office. Cassar looked between me and the room, judging if I would behave. I rolled my eyes, opening the door myself.
