Sunny's POV

Skipping a class is not my thing but I guess I need to do it just this once. I can't let Parker to carry all the heaviness life was giving him right now. I'm here to help him and we'll get this through. I'm not leaving the clever guy during his darkest days. Not a single chance.

I found him in the rooftop of the Engineering department. He was resting his back against the high concrete railings, both hands were cupping his face and the messy hair of him made me feel the doom he was going through.

I carefully made my way toward him. I was surprised that he didn't even bother to look at me. I sighed and sat beside his spot.

"Hey," I uttered.

"You should attend your class, Sunny. I don't want to be the reason of your failing grades." He mumbled without looking at me.
