CH 58: Dejavu

Lizzy’s POV

“Argh, Lizzy,” Mom yelled. Without realizing it, I fell to the floor. My body felt weak and my mind was in chaos. My vision became blurry. The surrounding voices sounded smaller.

I could hear Mia and Mom screaming and Anya crying. But as time went on, their voices faded away and it felt like something was pulling me into a bottomless, yet comforting darkness.

Jason, why did you leave us? Was our destiny just for a moment? We had just gotten married and built our little family, yet you left us.

God, was this fair to me? Why did you take Jason away from me? Couldn’t you have let him live longer with me? Grow old with me until death do us part. How would I carry on without him? How do I raise my two children without him?
