FORTY TWO

LIAM’S POV:

I woke up to the scent of the familiar and addicting citrus. I inhaled a handful of the scent as I pulled the delicate body that was cuddling mine closer to myself.

I smiled inwardly as I remembered the sweet memory we shared last night.

Mia wouldn't stop screaming my name. It seems like she missed me just as much as I missed her.

She screamed so much that I became afraid that she might tear the house down with her screams. I'm sure the maids must have heard her last night.

I felt her move in my arms and I slightly opened my eyes to find her awake and staring at me with a smile on her face.

“Morning sunshine” I greeted as I pecked her nose.

She giggled at that before pecking me on the lips.

“Morning Liam” she greeted back.

“Ughh, why didn't you give me a part name?” I asked faking to be hurt.

“I'm sorry. I just didn't know what to call you since you know I'm new to this type of thing and it may seem awkward to me if I just blurted out a pet name.” Mia explained in one brea
