TWENTY SEVEN

MIA’S POV:

I woke up to see a shocked Liam leaning close to me in order to steal a kiss from me.

Although I might not know his motive for leaning in so close to me, I could tell that he was trying to kiss me with the look on his face.

He screamed as soon as my eyes snapped open and fell down his butt.

I gasped in shock as soon as I saw him fall over his seat and land on his butt.

I tried to sit up in order to check up on him and know if he was alright, but I felt a sharp pain in my stomach that made me think otherwise.

I fell back on the bed as I grabbed my stomach with my free hand as my other hand was connected to an IV fluid.

I winced in pain as the sharp pain I felt in my stomach ceased to stop.

Liam stood up and rushed to me immediately. I winced in pain.

“Are you alright?” he asked with concern as looked down at my stomach and saw that it had started bleeding again.

“I'm not” I managed to mutter as I struggled to endure the sharp pain I was feeling.
