His Demon

"Derek," Mirabelle called, caressing my chest and I turned to look at her, giving her my attention.

"When will you get rid of Imelda?"

"You have me here already so you don't need her anymore," Mirabelle pouted.

I grabbed my glass and poured myself a drink, pushing Mirabelle aside.

"If you really want to get rid of her that much, meet the council of elders," I replied dismissively, not sparing her a glance.

Ever since she stepped into the royal house, she has been all clingy and annoying. She hardly gives me breathing space and with her it's always stuffy.

"It's your life and you get to choose who you want to spend your life with. Just tell them to fuck off," she sassed and I scoffed. It's very annoying when she never takes the hint that I want her out of my sight.

"You can as well fuck off right now because as you can see I'm trying to relax but the more you talk the more you're stressing me out," I narrowed my eyes at her coldly and she frowned.

"Are you asking me to get lost?"
