Naomi's chest heaved up and down as she slept in my arms, the moonlight casting an ethereal glow over her creamy skin. She looked so peaceful, so beautiful as she snored lightly.

My fingers skimmed over her soft lips, memorising each curve of her nose and her eyes, her face in general.

She was the most beautiful woman I've ever laid with, and as she slept in my arms, I knew I had eaten the fruit that would cause my downfall.

Do I regret it? I will, eventually.

But do I hate it? Do I hate the fact that I laid with the one person I couldn't have?

For the first time, I was at peace. For once, I did something I shouldn't, and it was the best thing ever.

I wish we could stay here forever, where I wasn't an Alpha king who had a duty to fulfil and she wasn't my omega slave that I avoided at all costs.
