Chapter fifteen

Mo woke up disoriented and with a throbbing head. Luckily, the sunlight was not in her face, so she could pry her eyes open. 

"You're awake, Good!" She heard a voice say from behind her making her turn sharply which in turn hurt her head. 

But at the new view brought two things to her attention. 

One, she was no longer in the cemetery but at some strange enclosure that looked like a cave. 

Two, the moon was out, which meant that it was night. 

With that realization came a sinking dread. It was nearly time for Makunde to kill her. 

"Roy?!" Last she was awake, she had seen him too and was wondering why he was still in the country. 

“Do me a favor, Doctor Modupe Bankole Williams."
