Chapter eleven

Devlin POV

“Alpha, what is going on?” Rebecca was the first who asked, looking tense. She would be the one to start the gossiping, as I knew her to have a very long mouth. She always sticks her nose where she never should, and now she has made things worse for me.

“You will find out soon!” I said, staring daggers at her, Mike, and Rose. They all became stiff as they lowered their heads looking at each other in shock.

It wouldn’t be advisable for me to just attack them head-on in front of the pack, or maybe punish them when I had no valid proof. I knew it was them, but how do I make it convincing to the others that it was them?

“Come at me!” I said with a gesture with my palm while smiling but they knew it was too dangerous. Mike had started vibrating while the ladies started pacing backward.

“What have they done?”

“Why does the Alpha want to fight them?”

Whispers went around as they stared at me suspiciously, but I had to make sure it wasn’t obvious, so I decided to make the situation
