Gonzalo's POV 

The moonlit night whispered secrets to the rustling leaves as I stood amidst the sanctuary of the woods, seeking solace and clarity. The forest had always been my refuge, a place where the weight of my responsibilities seemed to lift, even if only momentarily.

 I wandered through the woods, lost in thought, a newfound determination surged within me. I had to confront the choices I had made, the guilt that gnawed at my conscience, wasn't because I tried to have Helen, but because I hadn't gotten Ruby, that was all I needed.
