“Lies?” Angela asked feeling fingers on her hand.
Angela turned to her hand on the ground and saw Miles placing his hand on hers. She wasn’t sure whether he was doing it to comfort himself or her.
“You do not need to meet my sister but instead you need to go to the spirit world.”
Kale hiccupped loudly hearing her words. The hiccup made her spit all the food in her mouth.
“Did you say the spirit world?”
“Yes.”
“But why do we need to go to the twenties when we can find the spirit world here?” Miles was getting feverish.
The work he did took great power. It was not something a normal human could do without fainting.
“The world there is evil. There is no spirit world here but there is in the twenties. Their evil is so high and much that they made the spirit world by themselves.”
