I slumped to the sofa Armando was occupying in exhaustion.

“Kill me, huh?” He picked two slices of chips and threw in his mouth.

I eyed him in anger, irritation and annoyance. “What is wrong with you?!”

“Don’t use that tone on me. You just agreed to find me and kill me.” His expression was not exactly angry, but he didn't look happy either.

“Why did you answer my call?!” I raged on. “Do you know if I wanted to answer him or not, you're crazy…fuck you!”

“I don’t care if you wanted to answer him or not but my picking that call was an intentional act.” he replied as he kept chewing on the chips.

“And why would you even do that?! That’s trespassing!” I felt like scratching his eyes out.

“But it wasn't trespassing when you checked my caller ID and read my message?” His tone was taunting.

He fixed his gaze on me. It was as though he was silently mocking me.
