Chapter 91- Revelations

Jamari’s POV

Remiel suddenly stands from his seat on the couch, his eyes locking on mine. “If you’ll excuse me. I have some business to take care of, but I will return shortly.”

His abruptness startles me, his behaviour causing me to worry about this business he has to take care of all of a sudden. “Are you sure your business can’t wait until we’re finished with our guests?” I ask, hoping to convince him to stick around.
