EIGHTY THREE

Mary slowly raised her hand and rubbed Emma's back lovingly, trying so hard to comfort her.

She could see that it was obvious that Emma was terribly shaken by the fire incident, she wondered how much damage the fire had caused and how it even started in the first place.

But something inside of her told her it must have been Adonis who had set the fire, he has been proven to be a monster, but what kind of monster tries to hurt his own grandmother like this? Mary was heartbroken seeing Emma like that, that she almost started to regret leaving her.

"Stay here while I go get you some juice" she said and tried to get up, she thought getting her juice would help calm her down. But all of a sudden she held unto her, asking her not to go away again.

"I'm not going away again okay? I would just go get you some juice and I would be back immediately".

It took much convincing before Emma finally let her go.
