Chapter 21: Justice Served
Anika’s P.O.V
“D-delete that!” Steven struggled to get up from the floor as he stared at Gustav with his eyes as wide as saucers. “Delete that…now!”
“Oh, this?” Gustav placed his phone inside his jacket pocket. “Nah! I don’t think I will. Unless, of course, you’re offering to suck my dick.”
Steven gagged upon hearing that and back up further into a corner. But Gustav wasn’t done yet. He knelt in front of Steven with a menacing smile. “I almost forgot to introduce myself. I’m Sherriff Gustav Bernard, from the Sapphire Mountain PD.”
That was all Steven needed to know as all the fight left his body and he looked up at Gustav in horror. “Now, be a good boy and pack your stuff, will you? I don’t think this hospital will be needing your services anymore.”
“P-please…” Steven managed to stutter out.
