Carson rushed to Gary's side, his eyes wide with worry.

“What happened?” He asked, his voice full of concern. Gary hiccuped, trying to catch his breath.

"What’s wrong?” Lydia couldn’t help but ask also.

“Well, I overheard Marian yelling at Gary that he should avoid Khloé since she’s sick, so he wouldn’t be infected. I think that’s the reason he’s crying,” Anny said.

“Oh no,” Lydia said, her heart sinking, “Marian yelled at Gary? That's horrible! Why would she even do that?”

“I know,” Carson said, his expression grim.

“But we need to keep in mind that Marian is just trying to do what she thinks is best. She's probably just worried about Khloé’s health, and she doesn't want anyone else to get sick.” Carson said.

“I know, but still," Lydia said, her brow furrowed.

“She shouldn't have yelled at Gary like that. He's just a kid.” She turned to Gary as she stroke his hair,
