35. Mae

Morning.

I heard a loud knock on the door. Still half asleep and semi-conscious, I covered my head with a pillow. The knock didn't stop and even with my ears covered, I could still hear it so I gave up and sat up on the bed.

I should be mad at whoever is knocking because I hate being disturbed while I sleep and having to cut my sleep short. I hated being woken up; I would rather wake up on my own than have someone do me the favour but this time I had to make a tough decision.

This isn't my apartment, this isn't my place, this is Leo's mansion and I have to do as he says. He had told me that I would have to wake up by five to join his security team in training.

I lazily dragged my feet to the room door after wrapping the duvet around my chest as if I had slept naked. When I got to the door and opened it, there was no one there so I closed it and went back to get ready.
