How Life Ends?

When Christen woke, the first thing she noticed was the warm blanket wrapped around her body. Rather, the simple fact that she was still alive.

‘I'm... not dead, again,’ she thought, looking at her hand. ‘Again, somehow, someway, I was saved. Again, god delays my death. And for what?'
