It took a bit of searching, but Fenris managed to find the cabin his father spoke of. As soon as he caught sight of it, Fenris didn’t waste another second and barged into the place, hastily setting his mate somewhere comfortable. That being the soft rug on the floor, for now. He then quickly searched around the shack for anything to warm her up, and thankfully found some furred blankets that he wrapped around her cold body. Once he had her all nice and snug, with the door and windows secured, he turned to the fireplace, which had some firewood right next to it, and got a good fire going.

‘Alright. That should do the trick,' he thought, getting himself nicely warmed up by the fire as well. While his fur did help somewhat against the cold, he did still feel it a bit chilly out there with the terrible storm brewing. It didn't help that he did shift into his human form for a bit when he dug Christen out of the snow earlier. The form most vulnerable to the cold.

Fenris turned his attention
