Violet

As soon as we were outside, Ted headed right for the SUV that was waiting. I knew this was the end and I was never going to see Mike ever again. I was not going down without a fight. I was still kicking my legs and punching Ted’s back no matter how hard he dug his fingers into my thigh. Feeling him slow down. I knew we had reached the SUV. He placed me on my feet with my back to him as he placed his gun on my side.

“Fallon, get the door.” Ted ordered as he tried to stop me from struggling.

“No!” I screamed as I thrashed in his hold. I lifted my foot and brought the heel down hard on his foot, causing him to lean forward and grunt in pain.

“You’re going to pay for that you slut.” He gritted in my ear as he tried to catch his breath.

“I’d like to see you try.” I swung my elbows back, trying to hit him on his sides.

“I’ve had enough of you!” He growled, moving the gun to my chin. I stilled for a moment, contemplating whether it would be worth it. I knew it would get me away f
