Maria’s POV

The compound was in total chaos, men attacking one another and trying to kill one another, I could not speak, my voice had vanished, I just watched wide eyed, the only sounds that left my lips were whimpers and tears flowed down my eyes, how the hell had things spun to this in a matter of hours? My eyes roamed the chaos before me as I searched for Ethan and Alexander.

I spotted Alexander at the far end of the crowd and Ethan was smack in the middle trying to get Alexander who also trying to get to him.

I sprang to my feet, I had to stop this madness, Ethan was not thinking straight and so was Alexander, they were going to kill each other if I did not do something about, many years of anger and hatred towards each other and tonight they were ready unleash it all.
