Chapter 171: Last request

Three weeks had passed, but it was still like a dream come true that we have now completed as a family.

We did nothing for three weeks except bond after taking Miracle from school. But every Friday night, Alex returns to New York and then returns Monday morning, but often when an emergency in the company he needs it, Alex is back in New York to take care of his work.

“Mommy, when is daddy coming home?” Miracle asked me as we were cooking breakfast.

“Tomorrow morning, baby.”

“By the way, do you want to go to school anymore?”

“Yes, mommy. I want to say goodbye to everyone.”

“Okay, I’ll take you later. Then that’s the last time you attend that school.”

Alex has taken care of all the documents for our departure back to New York. It is a good thing Miracle agreed to return to New York because she said she liked it because his grandparents and his favorite is Uncle Darryl.
