AUTHOR'S POV

"N-nothing." Amelia replied. Her eyes widened in fear. Stiles took the envelope and proceeded to the king's room.

He marched towards the king's room and knocked on the door.

"Come in." A gruff voice spoke, and Stiles marched in.

"Why are you up this early?" The king asked because it was so rare to see Stiles before everyone rose. He had always been a late riser.

"I received a letter." He said it and presented it to the king.

"What does it say?" He inquired as he looked at the envelope.

"It says there is an uprising higher than you can ever think of." Stiles said. The king sat upright. The person kept warning about a possible war, and up until now, there has been no sign of anything.

"Who is this person?" the king muttered aloud. Why haven't they shown their faces?

"It's good that you brought it here. Inform Alden about it, and we will proceed from there." He said.
