Nicky was informed about her son and Cisca meetings in the garden.

 She was pissed. Martin has refused to listen to her. It was the girl that needed to be dealt with.

She summoned Martin to her room.

 "Mom I have great news for you." He told her.

She could see that he was excited.

"What news?" She asked.

" I have been given admission to school in the neighboring pack." He announced cheerfully.

"I resume in Fall." Her face fell at the news. This boy didn't think about securing his future at all.

All he wanted was to study. 

Martin's face fell at his mother's countenance.

"I'm happy for you." She said without a smile.
