Simon wanted to ask what the woman who just walked in wanted, but the frustrated look on Nick’s face kept him from asking the question. It seems things were a little complicated with these two.

“I can’t talk now, Julia. I’ve a murderer on the run,” Nick said, his tone was more like he was pleading.
