Sally's POV

Even though she indirectly told me to withdraw my refusal. But him biting me without my consent is another thing that can erase rejection.

“My grandmother died because of you,” I repeated, losing my breath mid-sentence. "I hate you." The tears falling from my eyes won't stop.

“I can't live without her, I've lost too much,”

I sobbed between words. “Bring her back.” I knelt.

Ryan took this opportunity and wrapped his arms around me like armor, he was trying to protect me, comfort me. But I don't want any of it. I just want my grandmother.

“Don't you dare touch me?” My voice was full of malice, my eyes filled with disgust.

“If you hadn't marked me, I could have saved her.” There is no reason to argue or any reason against me.

“Now, she is dead because of what you did. For your selfish needs. Because of you."
