I watched Magnus stiffen, and she concluded that he had an idea of Damini's whereabouts.
"Where is he?" I queried.
"Why would you think I know his whereabouts?" She asked.
"You can't fool me, Magnus." I warned him. Why was everyone suddenly trying to act noble?
"This is totally ridiculous." He said this as he stared at me, thinking I was talking crazy.
