"I embarrassed you out there. Now they would talk about you, us... The Beta´s Mate doesn´t have a wolf!" I confided, my lips started to quiver.
"What are you talking about? You just didn´t shift." He chuckled, pulling away from hugging me and cupping my face. "You didn´t embarrass me. I was fucking worried she was going to hurt you."
