I had always tried to be the best version of myself when I was at work.

Not only because I loved kids, and had kids of my own, but I guess when I was hired by the handsome billionaire who happened to be kind and handsome, I thought that I was in a romance book of my own.

I smiled as I looked at the massive apartment.

“Cat! Cat!” Frank called out my name excitedly as he was trying to come down the stairs.

I felt bad about thinking this but I often found myself attached to Frank more than my own kids.

I would sometimes find myself ignoring my kids when I was with them, and would daydream about my life with Alphonso and Frank.

“Careful, you might break something!” I called out as I approached him half way through the stairs.

“Daddy wants to talk to you.” His little hands handed the huge tablet to me.

I smiled sweetly at him, “don’t run around the stairs though.”
