CHAPTER 38

Rafael's Point Of View

I hastily returned to the floating hut I rented for my supposed dinner date with Fleur. A few steps further, I saw Agatha was still sitting there, making my blood boil.

Agatha didn't notice my arrival because she was busy on her phone. All of her attention was on her phone.

I walked towards the chair which is opposite to Agatha. She instantly hid her phone and stood up from her seat. Agatha was about to come near me, but I immediately raised my hand to stop her. I sat on one of the chairs and reached for the wine bottle.

"Raf, have you talked to her? What did she say? Did she believe what I've said?"

Agatha asked me. I glanced but did not bother to answer her questions. Instead, I poured wine into a glass and drank it while looking at Agatha.

Fear was already visible on her face, especially in her eyes. I already know that she is guilty because she has done something wrong.

"Raf? Please, speak up. I am worried about you."

Agatha said, which made me laugh
