Amari Fleur's Point Of View

I lay on my bed and gazed out the window, but I still felt tired even though I had been resting since returning from the trip.

As I gazed at the birds outside my window, flying in pairs with their companions, tears streamed down my face unnoticed. I allowed myself to cry, feeling it was the appropriate response. However, when Patrizia entered my room, I quickly wiped away my tears.

"Fleur, are you crying about something?"
