At the sound of Jaimie's voice, I answered from the bedroom I was arranging. "Yes, Jaimieeee."
"Uncle Tann hid my Superman again!" His little voice was so loud in the air. The sound of Tann's deep laughter followed.
"Uncle Tann, give Jaimie his Superman!" I shouted from the bedroom, taking another cloth from the pile and folding it tentatively before dropping it with the folded clothes.
"Momma said you should give it! Uncle Taaaaaaannn!"
"I'm not giving it. Not until you agree to take your bath."
"But I don't want to bathe now. I want in the evening! Allow little Jay to play, uncle Tann!" Jaimie sounds right back.
I shook my head with a smile and continued folding the clothes.
