As I stared with teary eyes at the three people kneeling in front of me, all I can see was myself when I was roaming the streets begging for money, begging for food, begging for shelter.

I saw five years ago Jasamina who was struggling to survive. To live. With her little boy wrapped hidden under her breast, her body bruised, roaming the streets of New York city, sleeping in an uncompleted building.

The tears flew down my cheeks because that girl truly survived. Seeing this, I know, I truly did survive. Maybe....just maybe...it's time for this Jasamina to finally embrace eternal happiness. Because I worked for it. I suffered for it. I deserve it.

"Yes." I whispered tearfully, a smile on my face. "Yes, Tann. I will marry you."

"Oh, thank God!" Tann exclaimed, taking breath
