"I want us to talk." She said firmly.

He opened his eyes and sat properly. He turned to Alexia and stared lazily at her. His eyes reminded her of Lucian's eyes.

"To talk about what?" He asked calmly.

"First things first, let's start with this fine wine." She whispered to him.

She took the bottle from the table and popped it open. It made a loud noise and Alexia cheered loudly.

"Does your husband know you are here?" He asked.

She laughed.

"Don't worry Kai, he's sleeping."

She took a glass from the table and poured in the wine from the bottle. She took another glass and did the same, then she handed one of the glasses to Kai and he hesitated.

"Don't worry. It's not poisoned." She said and laughed again.

He stretched his hands and collected the glass of wine from her.

"About your mother..." She started but he cut her off.

"What you did to her wasn't cool and you must not do it again." He growled at her.

Alexia raised her hands up in a sign of surrender and laughed.

"Okay. Okay. I would n
