107. A STRANGER I WOULD DIE FOR PART I

Pack members lay on the floor, on hospital beds, every where. In my arms was Rosemary, her cute little snore pouring from her. My eyes moved over to the young mother who had cried herself to sleep even with the baby in her arms. She had slept while breast feeding, some ladies in the pack taking the baby away to the glass baby bed which stood next to the bed. It had been so saddening to watch her ask for her mate, beg for her mate but he was not there. She had cried so hard, losing even the strength to push, especially because it was painful on its own that her mate was putting distance between them while making way to the war zone.

After it all, they had done surgery on her to get the baby out. The doctor had never done it before but in the situation, there had been no other option.
