30. ARE YOU THERE MY KING

There was no way I was using anything in Mary’s file. I cut it in pieces with scissors, leaving no option than to start afresh and figure everything out on my own.

“Which floors do the guests stay in?” I questioned Brum.

“Seventh, sixth, Fifth,” Brum said back with me nodding my head.

“So, are the rooms allocated by status or?” I asked with Brum shaking his head, his hand going behind his neck to give himself a rub. He did look beat down.

“Okay, thank you, let me go check them out,” I said to him.

“I will go with you.”

“No, it’s okay, I got this, you already have a lot of work and you look like you need a whole month out of the office,” I told him smiling and concerned. He sighed and shook his head while sitting back down on his chair. I moved back to his table, taking a soft writing stick with an eraser and a whole writing pad instead of the paper.
