“Do not mindlink Xander.” Alpha Maddox said.

He just rolled off an Alpha command, and I could do nothing about it. I was not an Alpha heir. I was just a second-born child.

But I had been practicing defying Alpha commands for the past year. And my victim? Alpha Zach—my nephew, who was just the same age as me.
