“Now remember everything we talked about, play nice…….and remember, they have to believe you. Especially Nancy, she’ll be key to breaking down Lloyd’s suspecting walls,” Angela said to Lucas as she helped him button his shirt.

Lucas frowned. He really didn’t like the idea of him having to apologize and pretend to be okay with Nancy and Lloyd’s relationship but for what they had planned. It was what he had to do.

“Don’t tell me you’re changing your mind,” Angela said, noticing the frown on Lucas’ face.

She wanted to be on his good side and impress him always. To show him that she could be an asset to him and not just a pleasure toy. If she could help him achieve his coveted goal, surely he would start to see her for her brains and not just her body.
