Give Me His Home Address..

" Get in the car, we are leaving right now."

She was searching for her car keys in her bag, the garage was dimly lit and Ava held her breath when she heard a cold husky voice yell at a young lady. She hid behind their car and listened to their conversation.

"Nathan, but the party hasn't begun yet", A young lady who should be twenty four years old muttered under her breath. One thing was certain, this man was powerful and she was definitely afraid of him. Her head was bent low and she couldn't maintain eye contact with him.

'Just who the hell does he think he is, huh.'

He grabbed her hands and and swung the car door open. In the dimly lit garage, she was still able to get a clear view of this man. He was handsome, tall and his black hair shone brightly.

But still, he had no right to treat her that way regardless of being handsome or wealthy.

"I said get into the car, Camille. Don't make me force you", He was glaring down at her like he wanted to kill her.

"I won't get into the car, Nathan. Not until you tell me why we are leaving when the party hasn't started."

She noticed something, the young girl was afraid of him but she was stubborn and stood her ground unwavering. How could one challenge death? Her courage was definitely out of this world.

For a few moments, there was akward silence and her legs were beginning to ache cause she had been squatting for a while now.

"Since you can't respect my decision in this relationship or do whatever I say, then I feel there's no need to continue. We are done Camille"

" W-w-what?"

"You heard me right Camille. We are done."

"W-why? Mr. Lewis, this is not what is stated in the contract. The contract I signed states that I will be your girlfriend for six months. It's only been a month and you are calling it off."

A contract? Ava was shocked to her bones.

"I'm quite sure you didn't read the contract, properly. Dean, please get me a copy of the document."

Ava never realized there was someone else in the car, so when the back door opened, she nearly jumped to her feet. Seems like the man was aware someone was there but he didn't say a word. Ava heaved a sigh of relief, she wish she could go home but it wasn't possible because if she moved now, they would see her.

"Camille, the contract becomes void if you can't respect his decision or do whatever he asks of you. I'm sorry but you breached the contract. Don't worry though, you will be compensated for the one month you have been with him", the guy who just joined them spoke and smiled warmly at her. He would stare in Ava's direction once in awhile and she was sure he had seen her earlier.

The lady was crying and pleading and it made Ava wonder how rich he was for girls to throw their selves at him.

At that moment another car drove into the garage and the chauffeur came down. He exchanged pleasantries with the cold, ruthless man and politely requested for Camille to get into the car so he could take her home.

"Nathan, we are not done. I'm not going anywhere, I don't care what that piece of paper says."

"Proving stubborn, huh? Well it might disappoint you to know I already got a replacement. You have to go, my new girlfriend wouldn't want to see me talking with my ex."

Ava's eyes popped out of the socket. She was speechless and couldn't believe what she had just heard.

'A replacement? That soon? So quickly? Who the hell was this man?'

It looked like Camille was about to cry again. Her face had dark clouds on it and they were threatening to break free any moment. She was tongue-tied and was still recovering from the shock he had put her in.

"You have got a replacement for me? So quick? How? Were you cheating on me all this while? How could you? We just broke up and you are already replacing me?"

Wait, where did the other man on black jacket go to? That was strange, he was there a few minutes ago, and she didn't hear the opening and closing of the car door.

"Paint it however you want. All I know is I'm done with you. You had nothing else to offer except for your body of course, and now that I have gotten what I wanted, I'm paying you off."

Ava's heart clenched when she heard the last words. This man was a beast, he didn't deserve love, he was a cruel beast who deserves to rot in hell. The chauffeur was still standing there, waiting for the both of them to finish talking so he could take her home but it wasn't them she was interested in. It was the man in black leather jacket, one minute he was there and the next he seemed to have disappeared into thin air.

She gazed around hoping to see him. He was no where in sight but just when she was about to focus on the two people arguing in front of her, she felt a warm hand on her shoulder and she let out a shrill cry immediately. He was quick to place a finger on her lips whispering to her to keep quiet or else she would be heard and that would spell trouble for her.

He spoke in a low tone, "you shouldn't be here eavesdropping, Miss."

He threw a glance at the two and quickly took Ava by the hand. She didn't complain, she knew she would be done for if she was caught. The man in black leather jacket was able to sneak her out without the other two noticing.

"What were you doing there, Miss?", He asked her when she was about to get in her car.

"I'm- I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that, I'm really sorry. Thanks for what you did, I really appreciate it."

Both of them were staring at each other as if trying to read what the other person had in mind.

"It's fine. You should be on your way now, driver safely."

Before he could turn his back to her, Ava threw a question at him. A question both of them were not expecting.

"The man talking with, I mean Mr Nathan..."

"Yes, what about him?"

"Can I give it a try? I mean being his girl?"

He burst out laughing and Ava was trying to figure out if she had somehow cracked a joke.

"Go home, Miss. Before I change my mind and have you punished for eavesdropping", his tone was different now and he kept a straight face.

Ava took out her cellphone and handed it over to him, she didn't miss the look of surprise he had on his face.

"I want you to give me his number and his home address. I want to come over myself and convince him that we can work things out."

What kind of courage does this dainty figure have?
