Next day…

Nathan dropped the phone after ending the call, he was just on the phone with his father who was asking him if he could join him for dinner since it was a weekend. As Nathan sank into his couch in the living room, the door bell rang, and he frowned wondering who was trying to disrupt his quiet evening. As he pushed open the door, he wasn’t at all surprised to see Tyler.

“Hey, bro ” Tyler said as he walked in without waiting for Nathan to let him in.

As he slummed on the couch, he waited for Nathan to sit before he finally spoke. “I heard you reconciled with your dad,”Tyler began slowly. “That’s nice, but guess whose idea it was?!”

Nathan knew where Tyler was going, he was trying to prove that Nathan was wrong and Brixlee was right.
