CARLA

"Let me go!" I screamed out while laughing, refusing to give Diego the board.

He had his arms around my waist, pulling me back with him while I struggled to move out from his grip.

"Accept it, Carla. I've won and you can't change it."

"No! I refuse this!" I said, still standing my ground.

Diego's hands came off my waist, grabbing the board at once.

When I noticed this, I tightened my grip around the board, struggling with Diego.

"Carla!"

"Accept defeat and declare me the winner! That way peace can reign! " I groaned, trying hard to pull it off his hold.

"I clearly won the game. Why would I accept defeat? Don't tell me this is how you bully your professors into giving you marks."

"What?!" I exclaimed out, losing my grip on the board, which Diego immediately took away from me, settling it on the bench to finish it up.

He didn't even give me the chance to ruin it for him.

Just a hand was enough to hold me back.
