Chapter 118. Curiosity

Gwen's POV

Here I am outside the house, conversing with my allies. The Aqua Rune Pack, fairies, witches, and the other subordinates who support us in this messy journey of mine.

The truth that I'd been hiding for quite a long time was now revealed. All of them knows I was a silver werewolf and my blood can both heal and kill. This ability was given to only a few creatures and despite its advantage of it, I can't help but feel guilty especially with the fact that this ability failed to save my sister. For the very first time in my history, I felt like mucky trash because of that. But all I could do to make my sister happy was to keep fighting and be the best version of myself.

While we were occupied chatting with one another, one of the fairies floated in the air as if she needs to convey important matters.

"Another battle will soon break out between us and vampires" she began. "We need to be vigilant."

I was stunned to hear those declarations and another pang struck me in the chest.
