HE COULDN'T BRING DANGER TO HARPER AGAIN

Third POV

Ten minutes ago.

Harper was tied to the chair, feeling her brain spinning and her nerves throbbing. She had no idea what that bastard Mason used on her.

Time passed slowly, and for her, every second was agonizing.

Suddenly, the screeching sound of a car braking came from outside the warehouse.

Harper jerked her head up and looked towards the door.

It must be Wyatt. Despite knowing the danger, he still came.

Mason glanced at Harper, a sinister smile spreading across his face. He made a mocking whistle and said, "Looks like your hero has arrived." Then he left the warehouse, locking the heavy iron door behind him.

Harper surveyed the bombs hidden under the white cloth around her, feeling extremely anxious. She had to figure out a way to do something, or both she and Wyatt would be in danger.
