MATILDA'S POV

After giving instructions on how Alpha Daniel and his mate should be taken to the cabin, Tony gathered all the warriors in the pack to the training ground, and with his help, I was able to select the most fierce out of them.

I gathered the warriors that were selected on the training ground and took them through a brief training.

"As you all know, we are going to face the pack of one of the most powerful Alphas; this is not going to be an easy battle at all. That only means that we have to be very prepared. And most importantly, we should be ready for anything that happens, and when I say anything, I really mean anything because anything could happen."

I looked at all of their faces one after the other as I spoke to see if any of them had any odd expressions. But they all looked fearless as they listened, and everywhere was quiet.

Eva and I went to the pack's store room and started to source weapons that would be useful to us in the battle.

"See what I found," Eva said a
