“It would be so selfish of me to hold you back or to ask you to stay for a little while longer. I want the best for you, and I know the best would never be here, but I… I'm going to miss you so much,” Loana whimpered as the two of us held onto one another. I couldn't believe that this was about to happen. I was about to leave everything behind and start a new life. This was what I wanted. This was what would make me breathe again, but I had never known that saying goodbye to Loana would be that painful.
