I felt unsettled as I moved from one end of the room to another, still unable to process what Alpha Carl revealed to me; it was just too unbelievable. Why should I even trust him? I had asked myself, but at the same time, I asked myself how I got to Alpha Carl's pack all of a sudden. After Alpha Carl left, I sluggishly had to drag myself back to the room I was offered. It's still unbelievable that Alpha Logan sold me. I felt shattered, I thought he was beginning to soften towards me, but he just showed his real intentions.
