(Dominic’s POV)

“Dammit, Dominic!” Theia exclaimed, as she banged her knife and fork down on the table. “Give it rest. I am sick of hearing it.” 

“Theia, please I just-” I started, but she held her hand out and stood up from the dining table,

“No!” she said sternly. “Just stop.” She turned to my parents at the head of the table,

“I am sorry for the interruption,” she said and then turned and left the room. I dropped my head into my hands, fully aware that everyone’s eyes were on me.

We had travelled back home the day after Doctor Greta’s revelation about what Theia was and the impact on her health. We had been home for four days and all Theia and I had done was fight.
