Chapter Ninety-One

The Alpha King-

I knew that once Kyra was mated, she would come into her true self, but this was amazing. It was as if she was able to predict my every move and counter it. She hasn’t struggled to use her powers with each strike. Instead, she was fluent with her movements and was able to hone more than one element at a time.

She still wasn’t as fast as I was, but with each movement, I could tell she was only getting stronger. It was as if she was feeding off the power. Every time I used my own power against her, she absorbed it, throwing it right back at me with more force.

To see her come this far in just a short time. Unlike the other times, she was actually able to get a few blows in. She wasn’t even breaking a sweat, hell if anything she was smiling. I thought I was going to have to take it easier on her just to test her out, but I can see now that it was just a game to her.
