Chapter 73

Skye's POV

"Aghhhh!!!"

"Charge!!"

Different voices, yells and noise. I could hear all of them, but I couldn't see anything. I don't know what was happening.

All of a sudden, a bright little ball of light appeared in front of me, moving fast, and I know for sure I was running to it, but then suddenly not far, was the back of a person I know so well.

"Alec..." I whispered his name. He slowly spun his body to me and when I saw his face, it was smiling, but not the smile that could make my heart flutter, it was a different kind of smile. An ominous one.

I slowly stepped forward, but then he held his hand up, signalling me to stop. He was opening and closing his mouth, as if wanting to say something but almost no noise came out, except one.

"Skye..." He uttered my name almost inaudibly, looking at me with loving eyes before blood pooled in his chest, coating the white shirt he was wearing with red.
