Chapter 90

Reena's POV

The vehicle I was in shook violently as they tried to reach their location. I was too scared to say anything, or even ask any questions.

I was fighting with the lady who didn't want me to be at peace with Logan when these gunmen came, adopted me, and injected something into me.

I suddenly felt weak, my eyes feeling heavy, allowing me to drift into sleep.

I woke up feeling sore all over my body, slowly opening my eyes to allow it to adjust to the darkness in the room. The only source of lighting was the moon whose light showed down to the place I was in.

The room was a small one with iron bars on the ceiling, allowing for the penetration of light and fresh air.

"What is going on here, let me out!" I winced when I tried to stand on my feet. It felt like my wolf was taken away from me because I could no longer feel her around like before.

I looked around, and the lady was not there with me. Could it be that she was given another cell?
